a hold is a decision. holding at 0.5 for six months because it works is not failing to progress

GG

on the ladder as tolerability again the ladder in the trials is a tolerability schedule and it has been read as a target ever since, which is a shame

nothing i did on the way up was faster than the label, i simply did not want to do the second week twice

IT

the second year was much less eventful than the first, which is not what i expected going in

IT

week 30 at 10 and compounded and branded material is a supply question and a documentation question, not a pharmacology one, in the population they studied

IT

on the ladder the trial curves flatten around the same place mine did, which surprised me more than it should have, four week average, not weekly

BB

the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing, the trial schedule was about tolerability

GG

did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go, or should i ask this elsewhere

checking i am not mad i stopped at 5 and stayed there 10 months because it was doing what i wanted it to do

BB

my clinician was fine with me going slower than the label ladder, and that was a conversation rather than a decision i made alone, thats one person over three years
