five week steps worked better for me than four

back after 18 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher

restarted after 5 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time

does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four

my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem

im at 12 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up

vials not pens here

did anyone hold at 0.5 longer than four weeks before going up

going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
