26 days to Spain with working tracking the whole way is at the good end of what i have seen

MM

a port stall is not the same as a customs hold and the tracking language usually distinguishes them

powder is robust

handling fee is the killer

if you query a missing parcel, be factual and patient. the good suppliers respond to that

MS

the same address every time is fine. a different address every time looks worse, not better

SO

unrelated but signature requirements slow things down and do not obviously reduce loss

is vat charged on the declared value or what they think it is worth

SO

reship policies vary enormously. GGPeps honoured one for me without being pushed, which is not universal, still working it out

BB

sorry to jump in tracking going dark for a week or ten days at a port is common and resolves on its own most of the time

MM

i declare it as what it is at a low value. we do not discuss wording beyond that here, n of 1 obviously
