anyone had a split shipment arrive weeks apart

thats the end of it

i had a parcel marked returned that arrived eleven days later. it happens

7 days to Sweden with working tracking the whole way is at the good end of what i have seen

declared value, do you go low or realistic

summer into a hot country is the risk. order in a cooler month if you have the choice, thats one data point

if you query a missing parcel, be factual and patient. the good suppliers respond to that, for what its worth

parcel is sitting at a port with no movement, is that customs or just a port

tracking has been dark for 2 days, at what point do i worry

cold pack arrived warm after 7 days, does it matter

mine took 26 days

signature requirements slow things down and do not obviously reduce loss

what does the room consider a normal transit time now

customs charge came to $94, is that normal for Ireland

for the archive is vat charged on the declared value or what they think it is worth

is it worth paying for a faster service or does customs eat the difference

thats slower than usual

give it another week

follow up the transit table is pinned and built from what members actually reported, not from what suppliers quote

tracking going dark for a week or ten days at a port is common and resolves on its own most of the time

be patient with support

anyone shipping into Sweden in summer and what do you do about it

a port stall is not the same as a customs hold and the tracking language usually distinguishes them

a seizure letter is usually the end of it. you have lost the parcel and that is almost always the whole consequence
