Highlights from this day
  • VialBot — Assay note: TFC lot H-2814 reported at 96.8% of label content. 21:41
  • birch_bloods — the transit table is pinned and built from what members actually reported, not from what suppliers quote 21:42
  • amsterdam_aliquot — coming back after 13 months, has anything changed with Poland 22:28
  • oli_orals — paying for a faster service does not speed up customs. it speeds up the legs either side of customs 23:19

winter shipping into a cold country risks freezing, which is a different problem from heat and gets discussed less

postal not courier

parcel is sitting at a port with no movement, is that customs or just a port

postal has been better than courier for me every single time. couriers are more thorough

the transit table is pinned and built from what members actually reported, not from what suppliers quote

d0 label created
d2 accepted, origin
d4 departed origin
d6 in transit
d6-16 nothing at all
d17 arrived destination country
d19 customs cleared
d21 delivered

a seizure letter is usually the end of it. you have lost the parcel and that is almost always the whole consequence

reship policies vary enormously. CPC honoured one for me without being pushed, which is not universal

NP

sorry to jump in i have lost 9 parcels in three years across a lot of orders. that is the actual rate for me, happy to be corrected

AA

the parcel is the risk you accepted. that is worth remembering before it becomes a crisis

ok so how long is transit to New Zealand running at the moment

DV

i had a parcel marked returned that arrived eleven days later. it happens, someone check my working

while im here update from 5 months ago: New Zealand transit has got slower, consistently, across four orders, take that with a pinch of salt

a liquid cold pack tells you it was above freezing, not that the vial cooked. lyophilised powder is robust, ymmv

genuine question nobody here can tell you what will clear customs where you live and the mods stop that conversation quickly

the same address every time is fine. a different address every time looks worse, not better
reship policies vary enormously. QSC honoured one for me without being pushed, which is not universal

DV

if you query a missing parcel, be factual and patient. the good suppliers respond to that

TN

is it worth paying for a faster service or does customs eat the difference

DV

22 days to Ireland with working tracking the whole way is at the good end of what i have seen

OO

i declare it as what it is at a low value. we do not discuss wording beyond that here
