summer transit is a real variable and the good suppliers change their packing for it without being asked

PT

arrived today, logging it split shipments cost more and nobody here has data that they land better, research use only, not approved for human use

asked which warehouse a liquid cold pack tells you it was above freezing, not that the vial cooked. lyophilised powder is robust, the middle is just waiting

KF

the pinned table has the numbers people have actually recorded, which is better than anybody impression, soft pack, powder, fine

PT

holidays stretch everything and the stretch is longer than people expect, because the backlog clears slowly

KF

the transit table is pinned and built from what members actually reported, not from what suppliers quote

PT

paying for a faster service does not speed up customs. it speeds up the legs either side of customs, ask which warehouse next time

VV

i log every delivery with route, carrier, days and pack condition. four years in it is genuinely useful

signature requirements slow things down and do not obviously reduce loss, not advice, just what turned up

MM

my longest was 17 days and it arrived in perfect condition with the cold pack still cold
