severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

CC

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order, anyway

CH

unrelated but has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose

SN

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

VL

LN

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation, i could be wrong

update on the earlier thing my resting heart rate is up about 2 bpm, is that a known thing

LN

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

BB

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months, for what its worth
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

VL

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

CH

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

CH

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

*Medutest not the other one

VL

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption
