Highlights from this day
  • noct.titrate — the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month… 20:56
  • bea_reconstitutes — anyone get properly wiped out for a day or two after the dose 21:10
  • VialBot — Testing queue: 4 submissions open, 66 awaiting dispatch. 22:39
  • vial_ledger — i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free 22:48
  • deadspace — if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line 23:08

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order, ask me again in a month

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

NT

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

RT

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption
eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
