- chlorhex — electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried, ymmv 15:33
- slow.taper — follow up the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses 15:34
if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
