anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough
powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern
let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging, n of 1 obviously
water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order
quick one i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

it got better for me
the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses
site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it
right upper side pain on and off for a week, should i be worried
