PM

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

PM

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 3 or is that just me

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

NT

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

PM

anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough

PM

has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better

RR

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

RR

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

week 17 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle

NT

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything

sorry to jump in eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me, thats one data point

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

[edited]

update from 7 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

TO

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

ok so sulphur burps. is there anything at all that helps

NT

quick one what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed

TT

my resting heart rate is up about 7 bpm, is that a known thing

is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast
