right so is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

while im here coming back after 5 months off: do the side effects reset

the burps started at 2 and not before, has anyone else had that

SB

right so if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

AA

update from 3 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

MM

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 7 or is that just me

👍2🙏8

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

🧊2📈1🎉1

that settles

TT

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

TT

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

sulphur burps. is there anything at all that helps

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line, i could be wrong

does eating before or after the injection make any difference

TT

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3

eat more

unrelated but nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases
