ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can, i could be wrong

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, from memory

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating, ymmv

update on the earlier thing right upper side pain on and off for a week, should i be worried

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

it got better for me
