i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

sorry to jump in week 23 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle

while im here im at week 19 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem
