for the archive i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me, someone check my working

while im here site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

anyone get properly wiped out for a day or two after the dose
