the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

PF

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot D-0718: 99.2% vs 96.8%. Within expected range.

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

📉1

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can, happy to be corrected

do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

ST

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

CH

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

SH

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

ST

how do you cope with the smell of food when nothing is appealing

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

rotate the site

drop a rung

update from 16 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

it does stop

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3

dont push through

MM

right so anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

A1

coming back after 11 months off: do the side effects reset

A1

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order, your mileage will differ

magnesium
