Highlights from this day
  • week_three_wall — a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating, ymmv 17:31
  • week_three_wall — right so severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question 17:34
  • apnoea_down_two — quick one do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff 19:32

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

WT

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it, ask me again in a month

AD

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

quick one do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff

fibre before pills

AD

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, thats just me

WT

has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose
let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

coming back to this dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

update from 2 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

WT

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber, take that with a pinch of salt
