update on the earlier thing everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

that settles

does eating before or after the injection make any difference

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

water first

rotate the site

UD

ok so powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it

UD

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

WZ

update on the earlier thing the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

WZ

anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

HH

update from 11 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

MC

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

sorry to jump in dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move, ymmv
i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

genuine question new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation, n of 1 obviously

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

UD

is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

UD

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

SB

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

HH

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating
