nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber, take that with a pinch of salt

ok so the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me
i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern
