Highlights from this day
  • VialBot — Recon calculator: 40mg in 2.5ml = 2.5mg/ml. 11:48
  • lipase_lore — let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging 13:06
  • lipase_lore — do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff 13:58
  • quiet.hours — eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me 16:58
FF

right upper side pain on and off for a week, should i be worried

FF

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

VB

Recon calculator: 40mg in 2.5ml = 2.5mg/ml.

MP

follow up the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

slightly off topic but my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

MP

the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

MP

im at week 30 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

FF

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

eat more

that settles

PN

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 9 or is that just me

do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff

TE

how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

BB

follow up new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation

is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

QH

does eating before or after the injection make any difference

PN

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

QH

my resting heart rate is up about 2 bpm, is that a known thing

update from 26 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

MC

how do you cope with the smell of food when nothing is appealing

SS

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

MP

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating
