Highlights from this day
  • mhra_unlicensed — nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases 19:51
  • mag_citrate — i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern 20:33
  • cmp_baseline — electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried 20:58
  • cmp_baseline — site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it, i think if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not… 21:49
  • cmp_baseline — dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move 21:57

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation, n of 1 obviously

started shedding hair around month 24, does it stop

[edited]

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

does eating before or after the injection make any difference

the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

update from 19 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely, from memory

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating, still working it out

CB

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

MU

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at, happy to be corrected

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

CB

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

CB

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

how do you cope with the smell of food when nothing is appealing
