let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

coming back after 26 months off: do the side effects reset

NP

genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop

AA

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me
the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

let the swab dry

please get seen

do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through

PF

what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

RS

anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough

VB

New independent result logged — WXT, lot C-4402, purity 96.8% (Janoshik).

PF

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline, ill dig out the number

PF

unrelated but severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

NC

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

LU

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

NC

update on the earlier thing update from 21 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely, thats just me

NC

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

NP

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

NP

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

anyone found the fatigue lifted when they fixed their protein
