escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

update on the earlier thing eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

👀10🤝15

im at week 15 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

⚠️3

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months, n of 1 obviously

SB

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing

📉9🎉3

my resting heart rate is up about 2 bpm, is that a known thing

CC

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

TE

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation

SB

follow up dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

SB

right so has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose
update from 7 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

FD

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through

🙏7👀91

eat more

⚠️1👀4

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

genuine question powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it

VB

Testing queue: 8 submissions open, 118 awaiting dispatch.

💀2

it does stop

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 9 or is that just me
