electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

ok so if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea

protein

update from 12 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

AB

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

TO

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

BS

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

PN

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

while im here my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

U1

started shedding hair around month 18, does it stop
