is the nausea meant to be worst around day 4 or is that just me

SS

follow up ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

SS

genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

unrelated but do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases, for what its worth

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

U1

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it

has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing, n of 1 obviously

*Janoshik not the other one

slightly off topic but the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

AA

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

AA

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried
