unrelated but ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

slightly off topic but the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

EE

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

EE

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

CC

genuine question if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line, still working it out

FF

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

FF

anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough

EE

update from 6 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline, thats just me

for the archive a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

RL

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

unrelated but do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

NW

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals, i think

CO

week 18 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle

slightly off topic but how do you cope with the smell of food when nothing is appealing

NW

unrelated but let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

RL

sulphur burps. is there anything at all that helps

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

RL

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

[edited]

follow up started shedding hair around month 5, does it stop

WV

right so electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried, i could be wrong

VB

Reminder for customs_owl: dose day is today. Set 5 days ago.

SB
