Highlights from this day
  • week_three_wall — if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line 14:47
  • VialBot — Assay note: FGP lot A-2418 reported at 99% of label content. 15:42
  • assay_not_purity — sorry to jump in electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried 17:43

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

HH

genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop

TM

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

GB

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

right so severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

RS

quick one the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

🎉12

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

BW

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

HH

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation

HH

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

WT

unrelated but ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

WT

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

🙏15🧪13

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

WT

update from 8 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

HH

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

GB

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing
severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast

WT

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

does eating before or after the injection make any difference

VB

Assay note: FGP lot A-2418 reported at 99% of label content.

WT

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

StepWhatGive it
1water, properly, all day3 days
2soluble fibre4 days
3magnesium3 days
4stool softener3 days

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

PT

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

QH

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

HH

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

quick one the burps started at 0.25 and not before, has anyone else had that
the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

OO

the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3

hiccups. every single time. why

update from 12 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

🎉7💀7

week 19 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle

GB

im at week 14 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

🧊1👀11😂9

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases, your mileage will differ

🧪4🤝2

is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing
