drop a rung
#side-effects 2026-02-11
it got better for me
anyone get properly wiped out for a day or two after the dose
has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better
week 13 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle
how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move, someone check my working
im at week 16 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem
day two is the worst
sulphur burps. is there anything at all that helps
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me
that settles
escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose
it does stop
anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough
is the nausea meant to be worst around day 8 or is that just me
Channel stats, last 30 days: 18 messages from 47 members.
follow up nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases, thats just me
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
coming back to this new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation
update from 1 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
let the swab dry
coming back to this taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking
ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at
same at week 3
has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose
