update from 9 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose
water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

same at week 3

AA

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

CO

has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better

AA

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 2 or is that just me

CO

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

dont push through

MP

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

RS

slightly off topic but im at week 29 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

week 33 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle

coming back after 1 months off: do the side effects reset

❤️5🤝39

day two is the worst

MP

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

AD

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free, from memory

protein

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

SS

quick one if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough
the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

SS

quick one i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed

SS

the burps started at 7.5 and not before, has anyone else had that

NS

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

MP

slightly off topic but if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline, from memory

PT

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it, n of 1 obviously

MP

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

MP

do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

💀5

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried, thats just me

MP

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you
