taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

for the archive site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it, ask me again in a month

SN

sorry to jump in water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order, for what its worth

NT

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

CP

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff

dont push through

[edited]

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

PF

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free, thats one data point

SN

whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything

hiccups. every single time. why

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months, for what its worth

hope it settles

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

CP

anyone found the fatigue lifted when they fixed their protein

SN

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating, someone check my working

🔥7
UU

im at week 21 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

CP

quick one if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

SN

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

eat more

UU

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

EE

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 3 or is that just me

VB

Testing queue: 7 submissions open, 105 awaiting dispatch.

SF

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, i think

NN

coming back after 17 months off: do the side effects reset

🧪1📉1💀2
SF

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

NT

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

💀4

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

NN

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

day two is the worst

📉4📈13🤝16

everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle

unrelated but started shedding hair around month 6, does it stop

anyone get properly wiped out for a day or two after the dose

NT

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation
i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can
