- oli_orals — slightly off topic but i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern 18:01
fibre before pills
thats not a chat question
is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea
i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free
let the swab dry
nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking, ymmv
whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating
eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
same at week 3
ok so the burps started at 0.25 and not before, has anyone else had that
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me
rotate the site
| Step | What | Give it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | water, properly, all day | 3 days |
| 2 | soluble fibre | 4 days |
| 3 | magnesium | 3 days |
| 4 | stool softener | 3 days |
| 5 | pharmacist | now |
let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging
it does stop
update on the earlier thing the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me
hope it settles
magnesium
sorry youre having a rough one
has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose
right so update from 10 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
coming back after 17 months off: do the side effects reset
dont push through
it got better for me
anyone found the fatigue lifted when they fixed their protein
escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose
drop a rung
please get seen
is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing
new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation
taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back, n of 1 obviously
eat more
magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
protein
genuine question severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move
is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast
if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing, i have it written down somewhere
quick one everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle
electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried
how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you
