ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at
right so whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything
is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing
i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can
a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating
powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
sorry youre having a rough one
hope it settles
if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
it got better for me
escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose, i could be wrong
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move
[edited]update from 26 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
coming back after 13 months off: do the side effects reset
thats not a chat question
fibre before pills
dont push through
that settles
has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better
my injection site itched for three days, normal
| Step | What | Give it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | water, properly, all day | 3 days |
| 2 | soluble fibre | 4 days |
| 3 | magnesium | 3 days |
| 4 | stool softener | 3 days |
| 5 | pharmacist | now |
rotate the site
coming back to this water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order
if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals, i could be wrong
i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern, i think
follow up if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line, for what its worth
i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free
let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging, thats just me
*that should say weekly
eat more
coming back to this anyone found the fatigue lifted when they fixed their protein
severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question
