nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases
*Janoshik not the other one

has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose
if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
genuine question severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question
update from 14 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
update from 2 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything
my injection site itched for three days, normal
a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

it does stop
reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber, still working it out
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
how do you cope with the smell of food when nothing is appealing
fibre before pills
magnesium
genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop
protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

coming back after 5 months off: do the side effects reset
| Step | What | Give it |
|---|---|---|

| 2 | soluble fibre | 4 days |
| 3 | magnesium | 3 days |
| 4 | stool softener | 3 days |
| 5 | pharmacist | now |
sorry youre having a rough one
[edited]coming back to this escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose
same at week 3
ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at, someone check my working
anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough
is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast
[edited]powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
rotate the site
the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses
is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing

[edited]is the nausea meant to be worst around day 6 or is that just me
what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed
water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order, still working it out
protein, someone check my working
it got better for me
is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea
the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing
[edited]day two is the worst
