the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me
i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern
drop a rung
hiccups. every single time. why
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me
dont push through
do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through
electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried
genuine question everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle
it got better for me
let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging
water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order
i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can
slightly off topic but site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it, ask me again in a month
magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption
my resting heart rate is up about 9 bpm, is that a known thing
protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months
update from 2 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move
sorry to jump in do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff
severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question, n of 1 obviously
please get seen
magnesium
im at week 26 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem
sorry youre having a rough one
anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough
the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses
water first
has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better
right upper side pain on and off for a week, should i be worried
dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3is the nausea meant to be worst around day 2 or is that just me
started shedding hair around month 26, does it stop
fibre before pills
it does stop
how do you cope with the smell of food when nothing is appealing
new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation
escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose
follow up nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking
same at week 3
nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases
new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
thats not a chat question
powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
does eating before or after the injection make any difference
what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed
has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose
rotate the site
eat more
anyone get properly wiped out for a day or two after the dose
week 4 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle
if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals
the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing
that settles
reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber
is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast
i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free
protein
is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing
