my injection site itched for three days, normal
is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing
if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
it does stop
my resting heart rate is up about 2 bpm, is that a known thing
week 20 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle
follow up im at week 11 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem
my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline
day two is the worst
the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses
Assay note: GL Biochem lot H-2814 reported at 98.6% of label content.
water first
a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating
update from 12 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
drop a rung
hiccups. every single time. why
eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose
same at week 3
right upper side pain on and off for a week, should i be worried
protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months
ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at
rotate the site
*Medutest not the other one
if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals
anyone get properly wiped out for a day or two after the dose
*PeptideMeter not the other one
protein
is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast
the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me
is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea
follow up site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it
magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption, for what its worth
i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can
sorry to jump in how do you cope with the smell of food when nothing is appealing
nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking
taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back
i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern
coming back to this water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order, anyway
let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
that settles
genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop
do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff
sorry youre having a rough one
nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases
while im here anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough
electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried, i have it written down somewhere
coming back after 11 months off: do the side effects reset
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me
for the archive dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move
coming back to this please get seen
it got better for me
Recon calculator: 20mg in 0.5ml = 10mg/ml.
dont push through
slightly off topic but whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything
powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
started shedding hair around month 23, does it stop
update on the earlier thing severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question, not advice obviously
fibre before pills
new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation
i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free
[edited]coming back to this reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber
eat more
the burps started at 5 and not before, has anyone else had that
thats not a chat question
dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3hope it settles
do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through
sulphur burps. is there anything at all that helps
[edited]let the swab dry
how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you
*Medutest not the other one
quick one let the swab dry
[edited]water first
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move
has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better
the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses
