if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

VL

genuine question a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

VL

whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything

do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 3 or is that just me

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line, happy to be corrected

TT

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you

anyone get properly wiped out for a day or two after the dose

TT

right so the burps started at 7.5 and not before, has anyone else had that
site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

DD

quick one eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

drop a rung

LM

unrelated but electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried, your mileage will differ

the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

TT

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

fibre before pills

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, someone check my working

VL

right upper side pain on and off for a week, should i be worried

TT

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

TT

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea

CO

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3
TT

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle

VB

Reminder for vial_ledger: dose day is today. Set 8 days ago.
