do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff

VI

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3
YV

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

VI

right so if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals, n of 1 obviously

NN

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging, not advice obviously

TF

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

WT

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

eat more

TF

while im here anyone found the fatigue lifted when they fixed their protein

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move, ask me again in a month

day two is the worst

YV

sulphur burps. is there anything at all that helps

YV

do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through

YV

is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast

AB

right so escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

NA

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

TF

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

water first

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking, someone check my working

YV

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation

KF

NA

genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop

NA

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline, anyway

AB

quick one a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating, someone check my working

AB

that settles

LM

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free, still working it out

NN

update from 4 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely, not advice obviously

LL

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

AB

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

🧊10

it got better for me

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

NN

anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough

KF

rotate the site, thats just me

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 9 or is that just me

U1

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
