i logged every symptom with a date and a severity out of five and the trend was obvious after eight weeks, i changed nothing that week
i moved my dose to a friday and lost the worst day to a weekend. that is the whole change, it did not settle

anyone else find the day after dose is worse than dose day, anyone at all
the day after was consistently worse than the day of, for about three steps, then it stopped
the fatigue and the nausea moved separately for me, one was dose and one was time
hope it settles
[edited]i moved dose day to a friday so the worst of it landed on a weekend. simple and it helped, it settled eventually
