update from 19 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely, take that to somebody qualified

reporting a bad week i moved dose day to a friday so the worst of it landed on a weekend. simple and it helped

follow up on the nausea thing the sulphur burps went away when i stopped eating a big meal the evening of the dose

i scored everything out of five daily and the pattern was obvious in a month and invisible in a week, my notes say week 2

reporting a bad week the day after was consistently worse than the day of, for about three steps, then it stopped
