aye, it does pass, mostly
on the nausea thing the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses, sleep was the variable
symptom log update headaches for me tracked with not eating rather than with the dose day, this is not medical advice
thanks, no shame in that
smaller meals more often did more for me than any of the supplements people push, that was month 7 for me
nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases, i changed nothing that week
