a few hours at room temperature is almost certainly nothing. a week is a different conversation, i think
unopened and in-use in the same place is fine. just keep the in-use one where you can reach it

freeze thaw cycling is the risk, not one freeze. that is my read of it anyway, i think
my fridge is 5.6
i keep everything at the back of the middle shelf, never the door

what temperature does a domestic fridge door actually swing to
buy a thermometer. mine reads 4.8 on the door and two degrees lower at the back
i left a reconstituted vial out overnight once, sent it for testing out of curiosity, it came back fine
while im here power cut for 2 hours, fridge stayed shut, am i fine
