a few hours at room temperature is almost certainly nothing. a week is a different conversation, your mileage will differ

my fridge is 7.4

the vial that visibly changed after a warm transit was the one that had already been reconstituted

two to eight degrees. most domestic fridge doors are not in that range and people do not check

i have never had a lyophilised vial fail after a warm transit and i have had some bad ones

i left a reconstituted vial out overnight once, sent it for testing out of curiosity, it came back fine
