one result is a data point about that vial, and the vial next to it is a different data point

PT

result in a result that lands exactly where the certificate said is worth posting. that is what the log is for

HH

i tested a vial i had deliberately left warm for a week and it came back indistinguishable, which surprised me, paperwork attached

NP

paperwork attached i keep the report in the same folder as the order, because a result without its order is nearly useless

NP

a lab reference number is worth including because it makes the result checkable by somebody else, the band is what matters

a single low result on a supplier with thirty clean ones is a vial, and the archive treats it that way

a supplier that engages with a posted result rather than arguing about it tells you something

reference number included sample handling on your end absolutely affects it. draw cleanly, ship fast, do not let it sit warm, thats the old figure

for the results log i record purchase date, test date, lab, lot, purity, assay and the fill weight, and it takes two minutes, one vial, one lab, one date
