the honest framing is always the same: one vial, one lab, one date, and here is the paperwork, that is within what i would expect

expected this one, logging anyway i test roughly every tenth vial. it is a sampling strategy, not paranoia, reference number is on it

minor point i tested a lot a year apart and the second number was within noise of the first, not a verdict on anybody

quantity testing is usually a separate line item and it is the one worth paying for, i did not expect this result

report back from Medutest i record purchase date, test date, lab, lot, purity, assay and the fill weight, and it takes two minutes

numbers are in if you are testing to settle an argument you will not settle it with n of 1, nothing gets removed

submit the lot you actually used, not the spare, or the result is about a different vial, logging the boring ones too

one bad test does not condemn a supplier. one good test does not clear one. both halves get ignored equally

for the results log underfill is more common than impurity. if you only test purity you are testing the less likely failure

one result is one vial. it is a data point about a vial and not a finding about a company, ill dig out the number
