Highlights from this day
  • ferrous_ash — at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that 18:37
  • ten_of_ten — slightly off topic but plateaued at 22 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific 20:31
  • rotate_the_site — the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works, take that with a pinch of salt 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that… 22:30

🧊1💀5🎉8

anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses

FA

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar

FA

sorry to jump in why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10

TO

im at 5 and thinking about 0.25, did anyone gain anything from that step

held 10 for 21 months and lost 20kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

anyone got a 4 recon they like for the 15 vials

TO

slightly off topic but 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later

TO

is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule

switched from 5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it

TO

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing, not advice obviously
