licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does

ST

SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted

went back to semaglutide after 18 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, ask me again in a month

for the archive SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up

NT

at 2 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up

at 2.5 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

TT

changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it

TT

did going from 7.5 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone

the 15 vial in 3ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 5 on 15 units, nice round numbers, thats just me

NT

my Medutest result on a FGP vial came in at 98.1 which is why i keep buying from them

unrelated but held 10 for 4 months and lost 35kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

TT

i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 19 months at 7.5 not needing more

MC

switched from 1 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it

switched last year

MW

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

VB

Verification log updated: WWB — evidence added, status unchanged.

GG

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

🙏8🧪4

genuine question the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

GG

coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5

NT

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later

TT

the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 25

NT

i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me

😂1🤝3

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that

is the 40 vial the common one or do people use 10
