Highlights from this day
  • karl_fischer — i sat at 7.5 for 17 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from 01:21
  • apnoea_down_two — at 10 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up 01:50
  • apnoea_down_two — the 40 vial in 5ml gives 8mg/ml which puts 0.25 on 15 units, nice round numbers 02:55
  • VialBot — Assay note: JEEP lot D-0718 reported at 97.4% of label content. 03:50
  • apnoea_down_two — update on the earlier thing plateaued at 10 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific 04:05

while im here there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect

the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works, ill dig out the number

KF

whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different

the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact

held 10 for 5 months and lost 41kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

NP

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

went back to semaglutide after 10 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, your mileage will differ

NP

genuine question GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

AD

sorry to jump in the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

easier gi for me

5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me

SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 29

the 40 vial in 5ml gives 8mg/ml which puts 0.25 on 15 units, nice round numbers

🔥13🙏5🎉14

did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it

NP

my VendorInvestigate result on a JEEP vial came in at 99.2 which is why i keep buying from them
