Highlights from this day
  • VialBot — Assay note: QST lot A-2601 reported at 97.4% of label content. 13:13
  • salt_bridge — went back to semaglutide after 2 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, still working it out 15:36
  • chaser_chris — the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works, take that with a pinch of salt 15:39
TA

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

SB

plateaued at 6 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

VB

SB

ok so 5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me

went back to semaglutide after 2 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, still working it out

CC

unrelated but the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works, take that with a pinch of salt

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar

for the archive 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later

for the archive how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
