SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up

CH

$72 for a 5 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year

at 10 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up

10 was enough

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar

15 is the top

BB

does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger

BB

the 30 vial in 3ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 0.25 on 40 units, nice round numbers

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

CO

for the archive went back to semaglutide after 19 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI

BB

the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number, still working it out

titrate slow

follow up changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

LL

licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does

CV

anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later

DE

dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line

⚠️1📉7
TE

did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it

DE

plateaued at 19 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

CH

the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so

CH

how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you

at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that

Trial scheduleWhat most people here do
Step interval4 weeks, fixed4-12 weeks, on symptoms
Holdingprotocol deviationnormal and expected
Top dosereached by designoften never reached
Coming downnot studiedcommon at maintenance
DE

did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect

CH

restarted at 2.5 after 6 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists

TE

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

my VendorInvestigate result on a Homopeptide vial came in at 99 which is why i keep buying from them

DE

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
