plateaued at 3 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

- courier_vs_post — the 40 vial in 1.5ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 7.5 on 15 units, nice round numbers plateaued at 24 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound… 22:20
switched last year
for the archive is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher
[edited]*Medutest not the other one
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
went back to semaglutide after 23 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
i sat at 7.5 for 2 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome, anyway
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line
right so the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
quick one SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted
checked the units twice
how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
slightly off topic but my Medutest result on a MKM vial came in at 96.8 which is why i keep buying from them, your mileage will differ
SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial
coming back to this is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing
folklore probably
7.5 gang
did going from 2 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
anyone got a 4 recon they like for the 40 vials
went back to semaglutide after 19 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
im at 1.7 and thinking about 5, did anyone gain anything from that step
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect, ymmv
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
5 did nothing
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later, still working it out
40 units of a 10 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
Testing queue: 5 submissions open, 115 awaiting dispatch.
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
sorry to jump in how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
how many weeks at 7.5 before you knew it was enough
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)start low anyway
does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving
£72 for a 5 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect
coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
went back to semaglutide after 14 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
SURMOUNT is weight
does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start
15 is the top
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
the 40 vial in 1.5ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 7.5 on 15 units, nice round numbers
plateaued at 24 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
